Best and Delicious Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill fish Recipie 2024

Here's a simple recipe for Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill:

Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped fresh dill. This will be your marinade and basting sauce.
4. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure each fillet is coated evenly. Allow the salmon to marinate for about 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
5. Once the grill is hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill grates. Close the grill lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
6. Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
7. While grilling, you can baste the salmon with the remaining marinade to add extra flavor and moisture.
8. Once done, remove the grilled salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with additional fresh dill and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
9. Enjoy your Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill hot off the grill! This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue with friends and family.
