Italian Baked Tilapia Fish Recipies 2024

Ingredients:

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
2. Place the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a seasoned oil mixture.
4. Drizzle the seasoned oil mixture over the tilapia fillets, making sure they are evenly coated. You can use a brush or spoon to spread the mixture evenly over the fish.
5. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the tilapia fillets.
6. Bake the tilapia in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Once the tilapia is cooked through, remove it from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
8. Serve the Italian baked tilapia hot, with additional lemon wedges on the side if desired. Enjoy!
