1. Mediterranean Veggie Pizza:

Ingredients:

- 1 pre-made pizza crust

- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste some people like craspy salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone for a time.
3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
5. Arrange the roasted zucchini slices, eggplant slices, red bell pepper strips, roasted garlic cloves, and black olives on top of the cheese.
