Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as lettuce, spinach, or cabbage)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup edamame beans (cooked and shelled)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

For the Dressing:
