simple recipe for Potato Pakoras:

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour (optional, for extra crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Potatoes:

- Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them into rounds or thin strips. Rinse the sliced potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch.

2. Make the Batter:

- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, rice flour (if using), cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds (if using), turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
