A recipe for Crispy Baked Fish Tacos:

Ingredients:

- 1 lb (450g) white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fish:

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
- Cut the fish fillets into smaller pieces, suitable for tacos.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2. Coat the Fish:

- Set up a dredging station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each piece of fish in the flour, shaking off any excess.
